Thank you for visiting our Health and Nutrition Blog.  This page will make it easier for you to navigate our blog.

Our blog is separated into 3 categories based on the type of content of each blog entry.  You can select a category by scrolling down to the category list on the left side toolbar.  Here are the categories and descriptions:

1. Orchard Maple Family Dental – This category contains blog entries that focus on our dental office.  Here you will find news about past and upcoming events at Orchard Maple Family Dental.  This is a great way to stay involved with us.

2. Health and Nutrition – This category contains blog entries that focus on health and nutrition.  The majority of the posts in this category will be made by our blog contributor, Hertha Woodruff, A.M.L.S., M.A.  Here you will find great tips about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and how it can help to prevent the formation of many diseases.

3. Dentistry – This category contains blog entries about dentistry and your oral health.  These posts will be made by Dr. William H. Woodruff, Dr. Warren E. Woodruff and Dr. Amira N. May.

If at anytime you want to navigate back to the main page of the blog, just click on the “Health & Nutrition Blog” link on the top menu bar of our website. This is where you will find the most recent blog posts regardless of category.

On the main page of the blog, a short preview is displayed for each of the most recent blog entries.  To view the entire content of a blog post, click on the “Read the rest of this entry »” link at the bottom of each preview.

You can search for a specific blog entry by scrolling down to the “Search” box on the left side toolbar.  Just enter a keyword in the white box.

You also can search for previous blog entries based on the month they were posted.  Just scroll down to the “Archives” on the left side toolbar and click on the correct month to view the blog entries from that month.

At the bottom of each post, you will have an option to leave a comment.  Please leave comments as it is our way to stay interactive with you.
